The economy of Viet Nam grew 4.66% in the second quarter, together with the 4% in the first quarter make the economic growth reach 4.38% in the first six months, the lowest in the past few years, reflecting  the ongoing difficulties in global environment and instabilities in the domestic economy. Hence, the target annual growth of 6 - 6.5% seems hardly achievable
