Abstract:
The study emphasizes the importance of transparency in land management regulations to promote the effective functioning of Vietnam’s land markets and control corruption. The report systematically analyses how various regulations aimed at promoting transparency in land management in Vietnam are being implemented by officials in reality. Overall, while transparency and accountability appear to have increased, there is still room for improvement in many areas. In some cases, land management regulations are not being made available, even though the regulations state they must be. In other cases, information is being published but it is incomplete or insufficient.
The book is divided into five parts, including Introduction, Research Methodology, Findings, Conclusions and Appendix.
