She supports the project team in desk research, making interview arrangements and organizing workshops. Ngan is taking part in the project “Supporting the monitoring of aid effectiveness from a gender perspective in Vietnam” funded by the UN-INSTRAW (a part of UN Women) and the project “The 5 year business plan for ShanTuyet tea production in Nghe An province” , funded by Oxfam HK.
