Abstract:
This reportis aimed at evaluating the important role of SMEs in employment of VietNam in term of both qualitative and quantitative aspects, assessing the policyenvironment facing SMEs: theareas of the policy and legal environment and a description of the keydocuments that influence this environment are mapped.
A survey on existing SMEsis carried out to describe the entrepreneurs responses to the policy environment. And finally thereport is to draw acomprehensive conclusion, which would link the evidence on theemployment situation with the policy environment and its influence on thedecisions of MSE owners/managers.
