- This is the first of DEPOCEN on questionnaire design, with the participation of numerous student from National Institute for Science Technology policy and Strategy Studies (Nistpass), Hue College of Economic, GDT’s staff and DEPOCEN’s staff.
- Course instructor is Director of Development and Policies Research center, Nhat Nguyen Duc and Hung Nguyen Vo (Nistpass). They are an experienced survey and questionnaire designer.

- Trung Le Dang is the instructor of the course. He is a researcher with background in development economics. He is an expert in using Stata for complicated data analysis. He has been using the Vietnam Household Living Standard Surveys (VHLSS) for a long time for his own researches and consultancy jobs.
- Participants of this course come from The Vietnam-Netherlands Masters in Development Economics (MDE) and DEPOCEN.
